Patrick has worked in the field of training and development consultancy for the past 32 years. He has extensive experience in training consultancy and has completed research and development within a multitude of different industries. He specialises in competence-based training and assessment and eLearning.
Sarah has worked as a training and development consultant for 32 years. She has a passion to develop qualifications that support the growth of industries and their staff. Much of her work has been associated with quality assurance within education and training.
Tania is a qualified teacher and has worked in education both on a full and part time basis for the past 32 years. She has been an active member of the RI team for the past 20 years. She has a thorough understanding of education and the development of effective educational resources. She has worked with RI on projects developing qualifications, assessment systems and training and e-learning materials development. Tania forms an important part of the project development team, briefing and supporting associates who are engaged on work with RI.
Barbara has worked in the field of training and development for 32 years. She has extensive experience in training needs analysis in and the consequent development of education and training solutions on a variety of international projects. Barbara’s strengths lie in the development of coherent curriculum development and the production of creative ideas to optimize learning dependent on individual and collective learning styles.
Alan has worked in the Forestry/Agricultural industry for 36+ years and as an instructor/assessor providing skills-based training for the past 22 years. Alan is also a qualified as a health and Safety Practitioner. As an associate Alan is able to ensure our skills-based training programs are realistic, effective and achievable.
David has 30 years’ experience working with computer systems and web development and has been involved in web design and hosting, e-learning development, bespoke and open source CMS design, database programming, application training and Moodle training, consultation and installation. David also has teaching qualifications and associated experience and this additional experience has proved to be invaluable in understanding and instigation of projects such as online learning environments designed to support and be used by ‘non technical’ employees and learners.
Amanda has over 20 years experience as a digital interface and graphic designer. She has been involved in the design and implementation of a diverse range of educational and training projects that require interactive e-learning products. Amanda has a strong understanding of multimedia design concepts and produces intuitive and easy to use interfaces for e-learning and other web-based resources.
