Our most recent course delivery was for Northwood Tissue, Lancaster. This was the first time we have considered HACCP linked to the production of paper tissue. We ran the training with the companies nominated HACCP team, which drew on skills from across the business. The range of skills and knowledge the team brought was perfect for the development and really illustrated the value of forming multi-disciplinary teams to develop HACCP. The two-day programme involved plenty of discussion focussed on the practical application of HACCP principles to this non-food product. As part of the second day the team presented their draft HACCP analysis which demonstrated to us a great understanding of HACCP principles in practice. At the end of the course all the participants successfully completed the end of course assessment paper.
We have now delivered this Non-Food HACCP training in an amazing variety of non-food contexts including Non-food HACCP to support Fire lighter manufacture, Non-food HACCP for Cleaning product manufacture, Non-food HACCP for personal hygiene product Manufacture, Non-food HACCP for packaging manufacture, and Non-food HACCP for ceramic bottle manufacture.
