We recently developed a ran a half-day
Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) training workshop for
Lantra. The training was offered to those responsible for QA in Lantra approved assessment centres.
The workshop was based around the Training Cycle and how it can be used to ensure the effectiveness of the QA policies and procedures operated by the centres.
23 people attended this on-line Teams-based training event. The breakout room functionality was utilised to engage the learners and ensure that they were able to contribute to the workshop discussions. The training event went very well, supported by some great discussion and contributions from those in attendance. The workshop is to be repeated later this month with another group of Lantra Approved Training Providers.
