It was great to be back training with Norfolk Industries for Disabled People, a social enterprise that makes pet bedding products from recycled and repurposed materials and provides employment opportunities for people with disabilities, providing some refresher HACCP training. Some eight years ago, we initially trained the team at Norfolk Industries in the principles of Non-food HACCP. This bespoke refresher was designed as a system review comparing their existing HACCP plans with the latest HACCP principles.
HACCP is an important part of Norfolk Industries' quality system, helping to assure the safety of the pet bedding products they supply to their customers.
