Flying Fish Limited are a specialist training provider offering training and assessment services in the maritime sector.
We have been working and
consulting with Flying Fish over the last 18 months, helping them to refine and further develop their quality assurance processes, to meet the exacting standards of their awarding body, the Marine Coastguard Agency (MCA).
The consultancy we have provided throughout this period is helping to create their quality assurance systems and procedures.
Following on from the development and implementation of their new systems and procedures, we recently undertook an internal audit to evaluate if the quality assurance processes are working effectively and delivering the required quality standards.
This initial audit confirmed in the most part that everything that has already been implemented is working well, with just a few minor non-conformances being identified which will be addressed going forward.
Alongside our audit the Marine Coastguard Agency (MCA) also undertook an external audit and were very impressed with the Quality Assurance system.
