Supporting the Workboat Association at Seaworks

Our Managing Director, Patrick McDaniel spent two days this month at the Seaworks workboat show in Southampton supporting Kerrie Forster and Jacquie Bruce on the Workboat Association stand.
The show was really busy and from all accounts very successful. An impressive event despite the heat on the day - Patrick is sure it was well over 30 degrees in the show tents! There was also some impressive boats for sale for those with the cash.
Patrick was at the show to demonstrate SwiftTrack, a dynamic cloud-based system for recording and storing evidence of competence, enabling organisations to easily track and monitor performance standards of employees.
The SwiftTrack app is used in the workboat sector because it facilitates the easy collection of evidence using mobile devices, even if no internet is available.  It is ideal for work boat apprentices who maybe out at sea. All evidence collected syncs back to the SwiftTrack Cloud storage facility as soon as an internet connection is re-established back on shore.
The first cohort of workboat apprentices are just about to finish their development programme, having used SwiftTrack as their evidence collection tool for the last two years.
If you think your organisation could benefit using SwiftTrack please contact us to arrange a demonstration.
