Case study: Kingfisher Offshore Awareness

The Kingfisher Information Services provides information on surface and subsea hazards around the UK to help fishing vessels operate safely at sea.

The objective was to improve offshore hazard awareness and safety knowledge for individuals working within the fishing industry.

We converted some basic learning resources provided by Kingfisher into a bespoke SCORM e-learning package focused on offshore structures, operational hazards and safety awareness. The programme used clear visuals and structured content to help learners understand the risks in high-risk working environments.

The completed solution provided an engaging, accessible offshore safety training resource that improved awareness and safer working practices within the fishing industry.
