Pure Salmon required a bespoke e-learning solution to support the development of husbandry knowledge and practical operational skills for salmon farming staff working across international locations.

RI Training worked with subject matter experts to design and develop a SCORM-compliant learning package that translated technical operational procedures into engaging, accessible digital learning. The programme was structured to support consistency in training delivery while making complex information easy to understand and apply in practice.
