Case study: East NHS Genomic Laboratory Hub

The East NHS Genomic Laboratory Hub needed a series of e-learning modules to provide health professionals with clear guidance on genetic testing processes and procedures.

Based on the technical content provided by the hub and with input from their technical experts, we developed a bespoke SCORM-based e-learning package that simplified highly technical information into structured, learner-friendly modules. The learning design focused on clarity, accessibility and professional relevance for busy healthcare staff.

The project delivered a reliable, flexible digital learning resource that supported healthcare professionals in understanding genomic testing pathways and promoted greater confidence in applying guidance in clinical settings.
